What we collect and why

Data we use
What each venue preps, sells and throws away per dish, plus the "unusual day" tags staff add (holiday, event, large group, etc). No customer data is collected — WeSaveIt never sees who buys what.
What it's for
Only to make tomorrow's prep number more accurate for that venue, and to measure the waste reduction against the 3-week baseline. Nothing is used for any other purpose.
Who sees it
Your own team (the people you invite) and WeSaveIt. Anonymous, combined totals may appear in city-wide statistics (e.g. "Debrecen restaurants saved X kg this month") — never broken out by venue, dish or amount without your consent.
Your rights
- Access — see everything logged about your venue, any time, in the app.
- Export — a CSV of your full history, on request.
- Delete — ask once and your venue's data is removed. Takes effect within a few days.
- Leave any time — the pilot has no lock-in. One message is enough.
Hosting
EU servers (Supabase, Frankfurt region). GDPR-compliant infrastructure. No data leaves the EU.
After the pilot
Free for the first 3 months. After that, the pricing shown in Setup applies only if you choose to continue — nothing bills automatically during the pilot.

Mit gyűjtünk és miért
Milyen adatot használunk
Ételenként, hogy mennyit készítettetek, adtatok el és dobtatok ki, plusz a "szokatlan nap" jelölések (ünnep, esemény, nagy csoport stb). Vásárlói adatot nem gyűjtünk — azt sosem látjuk, ki mit vesz.
Mire használjuk
Csak arra, hogy pontosabb legyen a holnapi mennyiség, és mérjük a pazarlás csökkenését a 3 hetes alapállapothoz képest. Másra nem használjuk.
Ki látja
A saját csapatod (akiket meghívsz) és a WeSaveIt. Névtelen, összesített adatok megjelenhetnek városi statisztikákban, de egyenként sosem, a hozzájárulásod nélkül.
Jogaid
- Hozzáférés — bármikor megnézheted az appban, mit rögzítettünk.
- Export — kérésre teljes CSV export.
- Törlés — egy kérésre az üzleted adatait töröljük, néhány napon belül.
- Bármikor kiléphetsz — nincs elköteleződés, elég egy üzenet.
Tárhely
EU szerverek (Supabase, frankfurti régió). GDPR-kompatibilis infrastruktúra, az adat nem hagyja el az EU-t.
